Last Words on Vitamin D
It’s worth saying that if your blood level of D3 is low or very low you will need a daily dose of 5,000 or 10,000 iu daily for perhaps a year or more to raise it to a healthy level. Check with your Doc if you have any medication if it might conflict in any way and check your D3 Level every 6 months until it is in the healthy range and then you can decide on a healthy maintenance dose. Vitamin D is food and we need it daily!
